The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Templar looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Templar has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Blackwell is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Blackwell pushes Templar away with a front kick.
Blackwell throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Templar keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Templar dodges the punch combination from Blackwell.
Templar ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Blackwell moves away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
