Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Michael Johnstone and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tartan digs a good hook to Statham's body.
Tartan avoids the head kick by Statham.
Statham shoots in but Tartan avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Tartan throwing a counter right hand but Statham manages to avoid it.
Tartan wants to clinch up but Statham keeps it at a distance.
Tartan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tartan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Statham misses with a head kick.
Tartan is looking for a counter combo.
Reshad Tartan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tartan leaves Statham with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Statham shoots and misses
and Statham takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Jason Statham has been cut.
Reshad Tartan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Statham.

Statham takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Statham has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Statham is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Tartan doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Statham crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Statham's bad books for that mishap!
