The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rigel misses with a leg kick
and Carney counters with a three punch combo that has Rigel backing up. Rigel nods at Carney to acknowledge the strikes.
Rigel throws a sloppy head kick and Carney moves out of range easily.
Rigel throws a series of punches but Carney moves out of range.
Carney wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Rigel throws an overhand right that lands on Carney's shoulder, as Carney tries to avoid the shot.
Rigel blocks a head kick by Carney.
Carney misses with a head kick.
Rigel jabs Carney right on the nose. Carney blinks but takes it well.
It looks like Denis Carney has been cut.
Rigel lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Carney crumples to the floor! Rigel milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

A very excited looking Noel Rigel rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
