Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Junior Jawo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Asap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Junior Jawo has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Asap closes the distance and clinches.
Jawo fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Jawo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Asap walks away with a smile on his face. Jawo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Jawo shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Asap manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Jawo drops back looking for a leg! Asap is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Asap manages to kick Jawo off! Jawo jumps back into Asap's guard.

Jawo thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jawo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jawo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Asap is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jawo is controlling him.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Jawo in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Asap tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Jawo!
