The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from jan.
jan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Green looks to land a combination but jan avoids it well.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

jan is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Green has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Green bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

and jan decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Green's guard.

Green bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in jan's guard.

jan pulls out of a head kick attempt.

jan looks for the body kick but Green saw that one coming.
Green circles away from the clinch attempt.

jan checks a leg kick.
Green wants to clinch.
jan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Green swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Green is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by jan.
Green fails with the takedown
and jan counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Well jan has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
