Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dave Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Royler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Collins comes to the cage accompanied by Beginning of the End. Royler has chosen Metallica - Fuel as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Dave Collins had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Royler uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Collins.
Royler let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Royler.
A head kick misses from Royler.
Royler avoids the body shot from Collins.
Royler looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Royler tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Collins was well out of range. Poor timing from Royler.
Royler dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Collins. That did some damage!

Collins takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Collins ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Collins fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Royler checks it well.
Roy Royler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Royler doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Royler takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Collins tries a head kick but it misses.

Collins shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Royler pinned against the cage. Royler gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Royler! But no joy.
Royler scores with a leg kick.
Collins swings for the body but Royler moves out of range.
Collins is looking to wear down Royler with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Royler lands a lovely overhand right.
A looping hook to the body misses from Collins. Royler does a little dance to reset his feet.
Royler takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Royler counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Royler throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A nice leg kick lands there from Royler.
Royler fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Collins looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

A head kick from Royler lands but Collins takes it in his stride.
Royler misses with a hook.
Collins takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Collins fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Collins lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Collins misses with a two punch combination.
Collins uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Royler.
Collins throws a sloppy head kick and Royler moves out of range easily.
Royler plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Royler connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Collins is rocked!
Collins gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Royler gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
