Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Greiner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Hyatt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Greiner's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, August Burns Red - Spirit Breaker. Hyatt has chosen Street fighter as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Greiner tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Hyatt is able to avoid easily.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Greiner.

and Hyatt counters with a nice low kick that buckles Greiner's knee momentarily.
Hyatt is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Greiner had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Greiner falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hyatt connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Greiner takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Greiner looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
