Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hipolito Everett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Cambell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hipolito Everett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ryan Cambell!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Everett shoots in but no luck this time.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Cambell fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Everett avoids it really well and circles away.
Everett wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Everett closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Cambell did well to prevent Everett getting side control.
Everett could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

That's one minute gone in the round.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cambell controlling the position for now.
Everett throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Cambell has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Everett is working away from the top position though.
Cambell gets full guard.
Everett wants to stand but Cambell has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Cambell is trying to control the position but Everett postures up.
Everett knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cambell on the ground.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Cambell wants to sweep here but Everett controlling him for the moment.
Cambell is pulling down on Everett's head. It's preventing any offense from Everett, at least for the moment.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Cambell changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Everett looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Everett can't do much from the bottom here.
Cambell works to advance to full mount. Everett defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Cambell looking to control but Everett is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Cambell quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Cambell but it's paid off an Everett is forced to tap! Nice work by Cambell.
