The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Louis swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Ulrich.

Louis moves into range and clinches up with Ulrich.
Ulrich tries to pull guard but Louis forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Ulrich jumps guard but Louis turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Louis creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Louis lands with a left to the head.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Louis.

Louis has Ulrich pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Louis pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Ulrich tumbling to the mat - Louis dives into Ulrich's guard.

Ulrich has his foot on Louis's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Louis works his way back into a safe position though.

Louis got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ulrich has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Louis has managed to get both his arms back between Ulrich's legs - danger averted.

Louis lands a big elbow - Ulrich is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Louis!
