Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Warren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leroy Speed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Christopher Warren!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Leroy Speed!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Ben Watson and Eliza Hachem.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warren shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Speed as he jumps to the side.

Speed clinches up with Warren and pushes him back against the cage.
Speed is trying to push Warren away but Warren has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Warren keeps control of Speed as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Speed is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Warren gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Speed preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Speed really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Warren. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Warren pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Speed is keeping the position for now.

It looks like Christopher Warren has been cut.
Warren shoots in looking for a takedown. Speed tries to sprawl out of it but Warren keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Speed manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Christopher Warren. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Speed connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Speed misses with a double jab.
Speed lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Speed.

Speed drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Warren looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

You can see the frustration on Warren's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Speed tries to stand but Warren is controlling his head.
Warren holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Warren dodges the ground and pound from Speed.
Speed is looking to take a break and control but Warren is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Leroy Speed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Speed moves into the clinch.

Warren has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Speed uses from the top position.

Warren manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Speed manages to get himself to full guard.

Warren tries to pass the half guard into mount. Speed knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Warren will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Warren seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Speed does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Speed moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Speed throws a good cross that connects.
Warren shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Speed sprawls well. Speed wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Warren gets slowly back to his feet.
Speed lands a really nice looking cross but Warren seems unphased.

Warren shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Speed napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Warren has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Speed!
Speed is squirming around, avoiding Warren's attempts to control the action.
Warren controlling the pace for now.

Speed is working to get back to half guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Warren looking to finish Speed with some ground and pound. This is bad for Speed!
Speed is in a horrible position here. Warren smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Speed is breathing heavily.
Speed is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Warren really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Warren tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Warren stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Warren wants to control from the top but Speed keeps moving.
Speed throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Speed looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Warren takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

and Speed counters by moving into the clinch.
Speed is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Speed prevents the takedown attempt.
Speed looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Speed jumps guard and drags Warren to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Warren decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Speed, up you get!
Speed shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Warren eats them both and turns towards Speed to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Warren shoots in and gets a takedown into Speed's guard.
Warren slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Warren forces his way into half guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
Leroy Speed comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Speed has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
