Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alejandro Xervex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Zandig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xervex comes to the cage accompanied by

target=blank>No easy way out. Zandig has chosen Dope - Debonaire as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Xervex fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Zandig sprawls well initially but Xervex persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Zandig tries to get to full guard but Xervex has control of the leg.
Zandig misses with some strikes from the bottom.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Zandig is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Xervex is tying to control. Zandig wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Zandig tries to keep at a distance but Xervex has taken the fight into the clinch.

Zandig manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Xervex manages to get himself to full guard.
