Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shreds Mckenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Piloton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luke Piloton will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Mckenzie.
Piloton feints the counter takedown.
Mckenzie throws a head kick but Piloton moves out of range.
Mckenzie pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Piloton will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mckenzie tries to clinch up but Piloton circles away and keeps his distance.

Mckenzie changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Piloton looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Piloton is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Mckenzie off and has taken his back!
Mckenzie might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Piloton is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Piloton lands a punch to the side of the head from the back.
Piloton has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
You can see the frustration on Mckenzie's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Piloton lands a shot to the body.
Piloton has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Mckenzie's body.
Let's hope that Piloton has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
