Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gumbo Rice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Resial Nine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Resial Nine has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rice has taken the fight to the clinch.
Nine fails to pull the fight into his guard.

You can see the frustration on Nine's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Nine changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Rice looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Nine is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Rice is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Nine thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Rice pushes Nine away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Nine gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Rice regains half guard there - taking advantage of Nine's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
