Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vance Burch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lennon Andrade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vance Burch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lennon Andrade!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Andrade manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Burch on his heels. He'll look to pass Burch's guard now, I'm sure.

Andrade seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Andrade looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Burch with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Andrade is looking for a kimura but Burch is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Andrade to get the leverage.
Burch is looking to control Andrade's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Burch avoid being mounted?

Andrade is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Burch is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Burch has escaped and now he's on top!

Andrade shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Andrade was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Lennon Andrade showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!



Andrade fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Burch sprawls well initially but Andrade persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Andrade has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Burch defend it? Andrade steps over the head and cranks it - Burch is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Andrade!
