Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Murray Tye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lachlan Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by ready to Roll, The Black Dahlias. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tye closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
The fight stays on the outside here - Tye looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Anderson keeps the fight on the outside.

Anderson wants to stand but Tye has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Anderson lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Anderson is nestled in close to Tye, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Tye shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Anderson as he avoids it easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Anderson is looking to chop away at Tye's legs.
Tye tries to clinch but Anderson is having none of it.
Anderson stuffs the takedown attempt from Tye. Tye gets slowly back to his feet.

The crowd cheers as Anderson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tye doesn't seem phased though.
Anderson shoots in looking for a takedown. Tye tries to sprawl out of it but Anderson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Tye manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Anderson connects with a looping right hand.

Tye looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Anderson is fending him off so far but Tye persists. Nope, Anderson circles away and we're back to standing.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Tye. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Anderson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tye tries to avoid it but Anderson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tye to the ground. Tye escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Anderson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tye moves away.
