Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marion Stein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gabriel Alves will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Marion Stein!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gabriel Alves!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Emerson Jorge and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Some wild striking there from Alves.
Stein is looking for a counter combo.
Alves falls off balance throwing a combination
and Stein counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Stein just misses with a elbow thrown towards Alves's brow.
Stein tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Stein jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Alves walks away with a smile on his face. Stein gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Alves throws a series of punches but Stein avoids them all with ease.
A combination from Alves does no damage.
Alves closes the distance and clinches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stein blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Stein jumps guard but Alves stands there with Stein around his waist. Stein gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marion Stein. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Alves misses with the head strike.
Stein breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Alves drops Stein with a beautiful combination! Stein stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Alves is looking for the KO!
Stein is rocked!
It looks like Marion Stein has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Alves lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Stein is looking to close the distance but Alves sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Stein crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Stein is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
