Victorious clinches up with Mercer and pushes him back against the cage.

Victorious shoots in for a takedown but Mercer shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Victorious pushes Mercer away with a front kick.

Mercer throws a right hand that Victorious ducks under and follows up with a left that Victorious also avoids with ease.

Victorious is trying to force a seperation but Mercer has the dominant position.
Victorious wants to get back to striking at distance but Mercer won't allow it.

Mercer lands a big right hand that drops Victorious ! The killer instinct kicks in and Mercer finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Mercer!

Clay Mercer opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
