The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Bollockoff gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Bollockoff on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bollockoff tries to get out of the position.
Jones scoring with some ground and pound.
Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bollockoff swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bollockoff looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Bollockoff thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Jones slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Bollockoff.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bollockoff has a hand on Jones's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Jones takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Jones has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jones cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Jones cracks Bollockoff with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones is landing with some decent strikes but Bollockoff is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Bollockoff is looking to improve his position but Jones isn't that keen on the idea.

Bollockoff is in a horrible position here. Jones smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Oh Bollockoff is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jones loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Bollockoff scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Jones land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Jones stands and salutes the crowd.
