The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie drops his hands momentarily and Pakpahan takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Pakpahan swings for the body but Gracie moves out of range.
Gracie appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Pakpahan jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Gracie half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
A left lands for Pakpahan.
Pakpahan swings widly with a right hand

and Gracie counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Pakpahan!
Pakpahan is trying to improve his position.
Gracie trying to control the action but Pakpahan is working from the bottom.
Pakpahan is looking to reverse the position.

Gracie goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Pakpahan rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Gracie 's guard! Nice work there by Pakpahan!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Gracie has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Pakpahan doesn't defend quickly enough and Gracie has managed to lock this one up! Can Pakpahan escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Gracie on a fantastic submission victory.
