The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Storm fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kalimov manages to avoid it.

Kalimov closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Storm is trying to maintain a safe position but Kalimov gets an underhook and turns Storm into the cage.
Storm is trying to pull guard but Kalimov turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Storm has a couple of punches blocked by Kalimov.

Kalimov escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kalimov misses with the combination.

Kalimov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kalimov seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kalimov moves nicely into side control.

Storm seems a little lost for a moment, as Kalimov dominates the positioning.
Storm tries to improve position but can't.
Kalimov in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.

Kalimov has hold of Storm's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Storm tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Kalimov cranks the arm and Storm screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Storm, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
