Scott fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Chambers on the side of the head.
Chambers is rocked!
Whack! Scott lands a heavy head kick that drops Chambers. The ref tackles Scott to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Chambers was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Lewis Scott! Lewis Scott retains his welterweight title!
After the fight, Lewis Scott was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Nathan Chambers was interviewed post fight and said 'My hat's off to him, he's a great fighter but he was the better fighter tonight. I'll be back. '.
