The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murray throws a right and a left that Condon avoids nicely.
Condon has a takedown stuffed.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Condon is defended easily by Murray .
Condon takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Murray scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Murray dodges the punch combination from Condon.
Condon moves forwards but Murray connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Condon tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Murray defends well and Condon ends up having to push Murray into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
We've been told by Condon's head coaches at 11th Planet MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eoghan Condon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Murray lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Murray throws a nice looking combination but Condon bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Condon closes the distance and clinches up with Murray , looking for a takedown. Condon pushes Murray against the cage but Murray circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Condon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Murray pinned against the cage. Murray gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A little jabbing left from Murray on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Condon jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Murray swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Condon gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Murray .
Murray fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Condon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Condon is breathing heavily.
Condon closes the distance and clinches up with Murray , looking for a takedown. Condon pushes Murray against the cage but Murray circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Murray looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Murray lands with a nice combination. Condon backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Eoghan Condon has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oh Condon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Murray ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Condon fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Murray is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Condon had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Murray lands a hook that stumbles Condon back into the cage. Murray follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Condon to the canvas! Murray pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Condon has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
