Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tony Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tony Stark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Don Hall!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stark swinging wilding here.

Hall closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hall lands in his opponent's guard.
Stark knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hall on the ground.
Hall trying to control the position from guard on top but Stark is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Hall shoots in and drives through. Stark sprawls well.
Stark tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hall paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Stark just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Stark throws a nice looking combination but Hall bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Stark will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Stark throws a series of punches but Hall avoids them all with ease.
Stark throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Stark rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hall moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hall avoids a punch combination nicely.
Stark throws a nice looking combination but Hall bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Hall looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Hall changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Stark looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Hall advances to full mount.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Hall is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Stark can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Hall goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Stark turns into him and now he's in Hall's guard.

Hall escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stark gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Stark working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hall's head.
Stark slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Hall has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Stark can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Stark wants to stand but Hall has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Hall thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Hall drops back looking for a leg! Stark is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Stark manages to kick Hall off! Hall jumps back into Stark's guard.

Don Hall showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Stark falls off balance throwing a combination

Stark is staying active underneath Hall, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
