Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Brooks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Warhead (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Brooks might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Some Bodies Gonna Get It. The crowd seem to be enjoying Warhead's choice of entrance music: Metal Head. Rick Warhead has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warhead connects with the punch.

We've been hearing good reports from Brooks 's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Warhead has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

A left and a right from Warhead both land. Nice combination.
Warhead throws a series of punches but Brooks avoids them all with ease.

Oooooh!!! Warhead has knocked Brooks down with a huge combo! Warhead steps away and waves a wobbly Brooks back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Oh Brooks is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Warhead closes the distance and clinches up with Brooks , looking for a takedown. Warhead pushes Brooks against the cage but Brooks circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Warhead connects with a right that clearly hurt Brooks . He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Warhead proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Brooks collapses and taps out under the pressure!

Rick Warhead looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'I would like to thank the fans and the ECFC for their continuing support and I look forward to my next fight here in the EC Cage..!!.'.
The defeated Ryan Brooks had this to say: 'Don't be happy, because next time you step into the cage, i will be on the other side ready to kick your ass, and knock your ass out. Afterwards you will ask the ref what happened and we will say you got knocked the fuck out.'.
