Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Django Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson Frost will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Django Freeman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jackson Frost!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost throws an overhand right that lands on Freeman's shoulder, as Freeman tries to avoid the shot.
Frost uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Freeman.
Freeman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Frost as he avoids it easily.
Freeman goes for a double leg but Frost avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Frost continues to drive forward.
Frost throws a good cross that connects.


It looks like Django Freeman has been cut.
Frost dips to his left and cracks Freeman with an uppercut!
Frost throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Freeman slips under a jab.
Freeman feinted with a counter takedown.
Frost throws a body kick, spinning off balance

and Freeman counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Freeman is controlling the pace.
Freeman trying to control the action but Frost is working from the bottom.
Frost really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Freeman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Frost keeping hold of Freeman's head, controlling as best he can.
Freeman misses with a head shot. Frost uses the momentum to regain guard.
Freeman throws a strike but Frost rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Freeman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Frost stays in close to Freeman's body and controls the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Freeman tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Frost slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Freeman has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Frost can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Frost is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Freeman looking for a sweep. Not yet Freeman, not yet.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Freeman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Frost gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Freeman has a closed guard, preventing Frost from standing up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Frost postures up.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Frost won't allow Freeman to sweep him here.
Frost throws an elbow that misses. Freeman uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Frost's guard. Nice move by Freeman!

Frost preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Freeman trying to control the position from guard on top but Frost is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Freeman loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Freeman trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Frost looking to hit a scissor sweep but Freeman is one step ahead there.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Frost looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Jackson Frost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Freeman manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Frost on his heels. He'll look to pass Frost's guard now, I'm sure.
Freeman wants to control from the top but Frost keeps moving.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Frost looking to hit a scissor sweep but Freeman is one step ahead there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Django Freeman will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Freeman moves out of range of the strikes.
Frost stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Frost pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Frost swings away with a leg kick that misses.
The fighters circling - Freeman throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Frost fails to land with a series of punches.
Frost throws a sloppy head kick and Freeman moves out of range easily.
Frost is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
A cross from Frost lands.
Frost thows a leg kick but Freeman checks it

and Freeman counters with a takedown into side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Freeman postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Freeman in side control lands a decent elbow.
Freeman misses with the ground and pound.
Freeman cracks Frost with a big elbow.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Frost managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Freeman.
Frost wants to control but Freeman postures up.
A control attempt from Frost but he's now mounted!
Freeman unloading with bombs!
Freeman throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Freeman throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Frost because Freeman loaded up on that one.
Freeman working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Frost is in a horrible position here. Freeman smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Freeman landing shots from mount.
Frost felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Freeman landing punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Freeman throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Frost sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Freeman looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

Freeman is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Frost sees it coming and defends easily.

Frost is holding on to half guard well.
Freeman throwing shots but Frost is blocking nicely.
Frost is refusing to be controlled, as Freeman sits in half guard.
Frost keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Frost tries to roll over but Freeman keeps him under control.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Freeman working the head and body with strikes.
Freeman is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Frost can do to turn this around?
Frost is trying to stand up here but Freeman is controlling him well.
Freeman throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Django Freeman overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Freeman is thwarting Frost's attempts to control the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Frost throws an overhand right that lands on Freeman's shoulder, as Freeman tries to avoid the shot.
Jackson Frost is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Freeman closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Freeman lands in his opponent's guard.
Freeman wants to control from the top but Frost keeps moving.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


Frost lands a jab to the nose.
Jackson Frost seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Frost cracks Freeman with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Frost has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Freeman to stand back up!
Freeman bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Frost comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Freeman falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Freeman was out before he hit the floor!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jackson Frost!
Jackson Frost decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
