The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - James looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

James closes the distance and clinches.
Lannister throws a knee to the head but misses.
Lannister lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
James throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Lannister working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Lannister creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Lannister lands with a short punch from the clinch.
James jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lannister walks away with a smile on his face. James gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
James tries a head kick but it misses.

Lannister rushes James and presses him up against the cage.
James fails to pull the fight into his guard.
James tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lannister just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Iain James. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lannister content to slow the pace in the clinch.
James looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Lannister dodges an elbow strike from James.

James pulls guard effortlessly.
Lannister trying to control the position from guard on top but James is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lannister accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Lannister makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

James working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lannister doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lannister manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Lannister working his ground and pound in the gym.

Lannister postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

James looking for a guillotine here but Lannister defends easily.
Lannister tries to free his leg and advance position but James is retaining full guard.

Lannister has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing James to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Lannister is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - James pulls down on the head and he's put Lannister to sleep! This one is all over!
