The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fofano drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Fofano wants to lay and pray for a moment but Babaloo keeps working.
Fofano in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Fofano wants to control but Babaloo is keeping him busy.

Fofano wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Babaloo, who protects the arm well.
Babaloo is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Fofano trying to control the position but Babaloo is working away.
Fofano working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Babaloo is pushing Fofano's head away, looking to escape. Fofano manages to hold on to the position though.

Fofano has hold of Babaloo's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Babaloo seems comfortable defending it but Fofano has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Babaloo is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Babaloo is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Fofano couldn't care less - he's delighted!
