The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gastelum throws a right hand that Glen ducks under and follows up with a left that Glen also avoids with ease.
Glen throws a fast counter high kick but Gastelum manages to duck under it in time.

Gastelum shoots in and bounces Glen off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gastelum scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Glen is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Gastelum is controlling him.
Gastelum's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Gastelum throwing strikes but missing.
Gastelum has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Glen goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Glen is looking to land body kicks.
Gastelum swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Glen.
A punch lands to the side of Glen 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Gastelum fails to land with a series of punches.
Gastelum moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromGlen.
Gastelum is pawing at Glen, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Glen's nose. Glen is badly hurt! Gastelum pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Glen tries desperately to hold on but Gastelum is relentless in his assault! As Glen receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Gastelum away and this one is in the books!
