Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eino Kolehmainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sugar Jay Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). He arrived on a last minute flight shortly after looking tired and unhappy. Officials decided the fight should still take place, much to the delight of the fans in attendance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kolehmainen takes one on the button.
Robinson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kolehmainen.
A combination from Kolehmainen does no damage.
Robinson lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Kolehmainen walks into a left hand.
Kolehmainen shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Robinson defends it nicely.
Robinson looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Robinson connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

and Kolehmainen counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Kolehmainen is working for a submission of some sort.

Kolehmainen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Robinson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Robinson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kolehmainen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kolehmainen drops back looking for a leg! Robinson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Robinson manages to kick Kolehmainen off! Kolehmainen jumps back into Robinson's guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Kolehmainen dives in and grabs Robinson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Robinson pushes down on Kolehmainen's head and hops out.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Kolehmainen misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Robinson.
Robinson throws out a counter right but Kolehmainen avoids it with no problem.
Kolehmainen's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Robinson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kolehmainen scrambles back to his feet.
Robinson lands a lovely overhand right.

Robinson has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Kolehmainen drops down looking for a counter takedown but Robinson sprawls and moves away.

Robinson moves into range and connects with a jab.
Robinson clobbers Kolehmainen with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Oh Kolehmainen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Robinson walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Kolehmainen drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Robinson swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Kolehmainen's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
