Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dre Still (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Still comes to the cage accompanied by Dr. Dre - Still D.R.E.. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dre Still!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hector Harris!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Alyssa Summers and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Harris drives through and clinches with Still against the cage.
Nice body punch from Still.
Still is trying to drag Harris to the mat but Harris just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Still tries a body shot but Harris blocks it.
Harris struggles to land a body shot inside as Still controls his hands.
Harris connects with a knee to the head.
Still controlling the action here for a moment.
Still wants to get back to striking at distance but Harris won't allow it.
Still blocks a body shot from Harris.
Still avoiding damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Harris being controlled against the cage.

Harris escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Still blocks a jab.

Harris moves into the clinch.
Still wants to break free but Harris has control.
Still tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Harris just stands there and leans against the cage.
Still has Harris pressed against the cage.

Still breaks from the clinch.
Still cracks Harris with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Harris closes the distance and clinches.
Still working hard to break the clinch.

Harris's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Harris wants to clinch up but Still keeps it at a distance.
Harris takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Harris uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Still.
Harris is looking for the big counter here.

and Still counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Still.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Still tries to free his leg and advance position but Harris is retaining full guard.

Still slips nicely into half guard.

Still is working for a submission of some sort.
Harris is refusing to be controlled, as Still sits in half guard.
Harris controlling the position for now.

Still is working for a kimura but Harris is defending it quite comfortably.

Harris makes his way to full guard, as Still worked for a kimura.

Harris looking to hit a scissor sweep but Still is one step ahead there.
Still is pushing down on Harris's leg trying to pass to half guard. Harris is fighting to maintain full guard but Still has managed to sneak the leg through.

Still is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Harris has managed to free his arm - good work.
Still stops Harris from getting back to his feet.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Still seems to be looking for submissions.

Harris gets full guard.
Still forces his way into half guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Still's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Still is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Harris doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Still.

Still thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Harris wants to control but Still is having none of it.

Still jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Harris manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Still wants to lay and pray for a moment but Harris keeps working.

Still is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Harris looks calm but he's in trouble here. Still gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Harris is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Still lets go of the hold and Harris can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Dre Still!
Dre Still retains his welterweight title!
