And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lampbert moves into the clinch.

Wumba's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lampbert shoots for a double leg takedown but Wumba sprawls well. He's pushed Lampbert's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Lampbert closes the distance and pushes Wumba back into the cage.

enabling Wumba to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Ritchie Lampbert has been cut.

Wumba has Lampbert up against the cage in a clinch.
Lampbert is trying to force a seperation but Wumba has the dominant position.
Lampbert is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lampbert tries to break free but Wumba pushes him back against the cage.
Wumba lands a body punch.
Lampbert is looking to take this one to the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ritchie Lampbert. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Wumba manages to break the clinch.

Lampbert slips a jab and a cross from Wumba.
Wumba feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lampberts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Lampbert drives through and clinches with Wumba against the cage.

Wumba's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lampbert gets cracked there but stands up to it.

and Wumba counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

A relieved looking Chumba Wumba thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
