PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Casper Vanderhose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Mageramsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vanderhose fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mageramsky looks winded!
A nice inside leg kick there by Vanderhose. That's going to slow Mageramsky down.

Vanderhose closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mageramsky to the mat! Mageramsky manages to get full guard.

Vanderhose knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mageramsky on the ground.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Mageramsky let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Mageramsky throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Vanderhose stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Mageramsky closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Vanderhose to the mat! Vanderhose manages to get full guard.

Vanderhose looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Mageramsky stands up over Vanderhose, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Mageramsky sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Vanderhose's guard.
Mageramsky looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Vanderhose with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Mageramsky is trying for a kimura here. Vanderhose looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Mageramsky wins by kimura!
