That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bob Bob crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Medvedev - the referee stops the clock and Bob Bob gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Medvedev. Bob Bob manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That was a close round but I would say that Nikolai Medvedev will probably get the nod.
