Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Renzo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Myke Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Myke Tyson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Renzo Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie tries to clinch up
and Tyson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Renzo Gracie has been cut.
Gracie moves to clinch but Tyson breaks away
and Tyson counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Gracie throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gracie does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Tyson forces Gracie back against the cage and clinches.
Gracie pushes off an throws an elbow but Tyson leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Gracie is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Tyson pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Tyson looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Tyson is trying to break the clinch but Gracie is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tyson is looking for a sweep. Gracie is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
