The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Proctor lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Wilenius bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Proctor throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
No joy there for Wilenius, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wilenius takes one to the side of the head.

and Proctor counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Wilenius closes the distance and clinches.
Wilenius is looking for a takedown.
Proctor lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Proctor wants to get back to striking at distance but Wilenius won't allow it.

Proctor is trying to maintain a safe position but Wilenius gets an underhook and turns Proctor into the cage.

Proctor looking to hit a scissor sweep but Wilenius is one step ahead there.

Proctor controls Wilenius momentarily but Wilenius frees himself.
Proctor is looking to stand back up but Wilenius counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Proctor.

The referee warns Proctor that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Wilenius goes for a double leg but Proctor avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Proctor continues to drive forward.
Proctor is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Proctor throws a series of punches but Wilenius moves out of range.
Wilenius throws a chopping leg kick but Proctor manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
The fighters circling - Wilenius throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Wilenius fails with the takedown
and Proctor counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Proctor scores with a nice strike.
Wilenius with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Proctor to score with a decent uppercut.
A decent looking cross lands there for Proctor.

Wilenius is rocked!
Wilenius shoots and misses
and Proctor counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Wilenius badly! He tries to strike back but Proctor puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Wilenius out cold! Oh man, Wilenius will never hear the end of this one!
