Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonathon Helm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joel Nicola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joel Nicola is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Helm rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nicola moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Helm crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Nicola - the referee stops the clock and Helm gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Nicola. Helm manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
