Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Snake Shadow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Myers Hockles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shadow comes to the cage accompanied by Snake in the Eagles Shadow. Myers Hockles has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body kick there by Hockles.
Shadow lands a jab to Hockles's midsection.
Hockles lands with a slapping head kick.
Shadow bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hockles's head backwards.
Hockles is looking to clinch.
Hockles motions for Shadow to come forward. Hockles throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Shadow just misses with a punch to the body.
Hockles leaves Shadow with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hockles bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Hockles lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Shadow sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Shadow moves away from the strike by Hockles.
Shadow was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hockles moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Shadow shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hockles sprawls well. Hockles wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Shadow gets slowly back to his feet.
Shadow looks to land a right hand but Hockles moved out of range.
Hockles tries to clinch but Shadow moves out of range.
Shadow moves out of range of the body kick from Hockles.
Hockles tries to close the distance and clinch but Shadow swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Shadow misses with a wild body shot.
Shadow throws a low kick but it's checked well by Hockles.

and Shadow counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Myers Hockles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Shadow waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hockles.
Hockles stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hockles wants it to stay on the feet.
Hockles thinks about the counter body kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Snake Shadow. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hockles throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Hockles takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Hockles lands with a thumping leg kick.
Shadow with a jab.
Shadow takes a head kick and keeps coming.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hockles looks to land a combination. Shadow sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Hockles throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Shadow is rocked!
Shadow takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Oh Shadow is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Hockles. Shadow shrugs it off though.
Shadow tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
The fighters circle, before Hockles throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Shadow's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Hockles lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
