Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mickey Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liam Gallagher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis comes to the cage accompanied by Deftones - Beware. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gallagher avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mickey Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight stays on the outside here - Davis looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Gallagher jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Davis gets caught flat footed, as Gallagher shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Davis is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Gallagher drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Davis manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gallagher has Davis in his guard.
Davis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gallagher swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Gallagher had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Davis is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Gallagher Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Davis's back instead.
