The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volkov jabs Hendrix right on the nose. Hendrix blinks but takes it well.
It looks like Caiman Hendrix has been cut.
Hendrix misses with a takedown
and Volkov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hendrix fails in his attempt to clinch.
Hendrix shoots and misses
enabling Volkov to counter with a crisp jab.

and Volkov counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hendrix is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Volkov doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Hendrix crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Hendrix's bad books for that mishap!
