The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sobiesky looks to score with a jab to the body but Plochinger is just out of range.
Louis Sobiesky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sobiesky connects with a crisp jab.
Sobiesky closes the distance and clinches.
Sobiesky swings wildly with an uppercut but Plochinger uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sobiesky misses with some punches.
Plochinger makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Plochinger is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Sobiesky throws a punch but it's blocked by Plochinger.
Sobiesky is pressed up against the cage. Plochinger has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Sobiesky down to the mat. Sobiesky avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Plochinger lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Sobiesky displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Plochinger.
Plochinger shoots for a double leg takedown but Sobiesky sprawls well. He's pushed Plochinger's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Sobiesky throws a series of punches but Plochinger avoids them all with ease.
Plochinger misses with a series of wild punches.
Sobiesky tries to close the distance and clinch but Plochinger swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Plochinger ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Sobiesky lands a nice shot that snaps Plochinger's head back.
Sobiesky gets a takedown into half guard.
Sobiesky maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Plochinger could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Sobiesky has cracked it and Plochinger is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Sobiesky!
