The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gwacie will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Holt fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gwacie manages to avoid it.
Gwacie shoots in for a double leg but Holt sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Holt scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Gwacie is not content to let Holt control the position.

Holt is looking to work some ground and pound but Gwacie has wrist control.
Holt stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gwacie swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Holt connects with a couple of short punches.

Gwacie is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Gwacie wants to sweep but no luck.

Gwacie pushes a forearm under Holt's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Holt is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
