Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sr Ka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Langhi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ka dips to his left and cracks Langhi with an uppercut!
Ka keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ka tried to counter with a leg kick but Langhi avoided it.
Ka lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Langhi thows a left - swing and a miss!
Ka lands with a kick to the temple. Langhi shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Ka tries to clinch up but Langhi circles away and keeps his distance.
A lazy left from Ka finds it's target.
Ka connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Langhi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ka was well out of range. Poor timing from Langhi.
Ka appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Ka connects with a solid leg kick.
Sr Ka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Langhi tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Ka works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Ka ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Langhi moves away.
Ka thumps Langhi with a low kick.
Ka lands a nice shot that snaps Langhi's head back.

Ka is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Langhi throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Langhi is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Langhi throws an overhand right that lands on Ka's shoulder, as Ka tries to avoid the shot.
A little feinted left hand from Ka on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

A big right from Langhi misses.
Langhi throws a shot from downtown. Ka moves away and avoids it.
Langhi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ka manages to avoid it.
The crowd cheers as Langhi lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ka doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Sr Ka has been cut.
Ka throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Nice body kick there by Ka.
Ka fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Langhi thows a left - swing and a miss!
Ka is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Ka - that will leave a mark!

Ka uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Langhi.
Langhi slips under a jab from Ka.
Ka thumps Langhi with a low kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ka fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Ka throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Langhi misses with a left hand
and Ka cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Langhi misses with a hook to the body
and Ka counters with a good low kick that Langhi was not able to check.
Langhi's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Langhi on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ka. Ka obviously looking to wear him down.
A nice inside leg kick there by Ka. That's going to slow Langhi down.
Ka jabs at Langhi's body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sr Ka dominated that round.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A looping hook to the body misses from Ka. Langhi does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ka is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Langhi.
Langhi looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Ka thumps Langhi with a low kick.
A cross from Ka lands.
Ka lands a nice hook to Langhi's body. Langhi takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Ka lets loose with a powerful body kick. Langhi will feel that in the morning.
Ka throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ka tries to clinch there but Langhi circles away.
A little jabbing left from Langhi on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Ka takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Ka is aggressively charging in as Langhi backs up avoiding any damage. Langhi tosses out a jab and Ka runs right into it face first! Ka is out cold! Langhi dropped down on all fours and is barking in Ka's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Michael Langhi!
Michael Langhi decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
