Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Timothy Bourque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ghoul Ghotha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 52 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Timothy Bourque!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 43 - 43 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ghoul Ghotha!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Alexandre Firmino and Paulo Santos.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bourque tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
And Ghotha tries to counter it with a takedown but Bourque pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Bourque scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Bourque swings for the body but Ghotha moves out of range.
Ghotha with the counter takedown but Bourque avoids it easily.

Ghotha decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Bourque is not content to let Ghotha control the position.
Ghotha prevents Bourque from improving his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ghotha working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Ghotha thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bourque's head.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Ghotha lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Ghotha throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Ghotha wants to take a breather but Bourque is having none of it.
Bourque keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Ghotha lands a nice short elbow.
Bourque gets back to full guard.
Ghotha is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Ghotha throws an elbow that misses. Bourque uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Ghotha's guard. Nice move by Bourque!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ghotha is on top in guard.

Bourque can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ghotha controls the pace.
Ghotha's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Bourque keeping moving, preventing Ghotha from controlling successfully.
Ghotha is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Ghotha throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bourque works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Bourque has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Bourque controls Ghotha momentarily but Ghotha frees himself.

Ghotha drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bourque manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Ghotha has Bourque in his guard.

Bourque will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ghotha accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Ghotha has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Bourque utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Ghotha has gone for a leg lock! Bourque slips out almost immediately though and dives into Ghotha's guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Bourque is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Ghotha has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Bourque is looking to defend but Ghotha has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Bourque! Ghotha pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bourque taps out and this one is all over!
