Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Trapp Deathgrip (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sylvain Sauvage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Trapp Deathgrip!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sylvain Sauvage!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Felipe Paraventi and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sauvage is looking to clinch.
Deathgrip will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Deathgrip chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Sauvage can pounce on him.
Deathgrip fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Sauvage tries to counter with a clinch but Deathgrip shakes him off and moves away.

Sauvage clinches up with Deathgrip and pushes him back against the cage.
Deathgrip letting Sauvage take a breather here.
Sauvage prevents Deathgrip from breaking the clinch.
Sauvage landing knees to the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sauvage avoiding damage.
The referee calls for Sauvage to work.
Deathgrip takes an elbow to the forehead.
Deathgrip can't break the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Deathgrip looking for a takedown.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sauvage creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Deathgrip has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Sauvage is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Trapp Deathgrip. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Deathgrip tries to pull guard but Sauvage holds him up against the cage and eventually Deathgrip drops back down to his feet.

Sauvage wants the takedown. Deathgrip is fighting it off but Sauvage persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Deathgrip's guard against the cage.
Sauvage distracts Deathgrip with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Sauvage keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Deathgrip's head.

Deathgrip is rocked!
Sauvage gets to his feet and stands over Deathgrip, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Deathgrip felt that one! Sauvage unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Deathgrip from any more punishment!
