Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dong Monroe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Courney Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Dong Monroe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Courney Hunt!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt looks to throw the jab but Monroe is out of range.
Hunt looks to score with a jab to the body but Monroe is just out of range.

Monroe tries to keep at a distance but Hunt has taken the fight into the clinch.

Monroe gets control of Hunt's arms and successfully pulls guard. Monroe will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Monroe manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hunt manages to get himself to full guard.

Monroe postures up.
Monroe is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Monroe's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Hunt has Monroe pulled in close to control his posture.
Monroe controls from within his opponent's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Hunt closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Hunt lands an uppercut.
A hook to the body from Hunt.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Hunt.
Monroe jumps guard but Hunt stands there with Monroe around his waist. Monroe gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hunt lands a hook that snaps the head of Monroe backwards.

It looks like Dong Monroe has been cut.
Hunt creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Monroe with a big uppercut! Monroe tries to clinch up but Hunt pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Monroe to the mat! Monroe covers up and Hunt unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
