The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaytovitch cracks Ante with a right hand to the side of the head.
Kaytovitch blocks a jab.
Ante misses with a looping left.

It looks like Dirk Ante has been cut.
Ante will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ante pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ante works over Kaytovitch's head and body with a nice combination.
Kaytovitch slips a jab and a cross from Ante.
Ante connects with a body shot.
Dirk Ante seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ante throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kaytovitch is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ante.

Kaytovitch lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Kaytovitch throws a hook but Ante avoids it easily.
Kaytovitch throws a nice looking combination but Ante bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Kaytovitch swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Ante.
Ante throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Kaytovitch counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Ante lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Ante throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ante throws a right hand that Kaytovitch ducks under and follows up with a left that Kaytovitch also avoids with ease.

Ante throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kaytovitch walks straight into a right hand from Ante - that's dropped him! Ante jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Kaytovitch from any more punishment! Kaytovitch complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
