Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hedwig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyke Mison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dan Hedwig has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dan Hedwig!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tyke Mison!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Eddie Farnsworth and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mison blocks a head kick by Hedwig.
Mison closes the distance and clinches up with Hedwig, looking for a takedown. Mison pushes Hedwig against the cage but Hedwig circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Hedwig gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Mison waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Hedwig.
Mison swats away the attempt to clinch by Hedwig.
Mison cracks Hedwig with a good jab.
Hedwig staying out of range there.
Mison looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Hedwig!
Hedwig knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mison on the ground.
Hedwig is desperately trying to improve his position but Mison has a good base and remains in mount.
Mison is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Hedwig can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Hedwig is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Mison raining down shots from the mount!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hedwig tries to get back to half guard but can't.
A nice elbow there by Mison.
Hedwig is rocked!
Hedwig tries to reverse the position but Mison maintains control.
Oh Hedwig is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mison loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Hedwig scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Mison land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Mison stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tyke Mison!
