Christopher Wilt told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick by Pierre misses

and Wilt counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Pierre!
Wilt wants to control but Pierre is keeping him busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pierre tries to buck Wilt off but Wilt is having none of it.

Wilt working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Wilt has knee on belly and moves into mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pierre wants to control but Wilt is having none of it.
Wilt seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Pierre is holding on tight.
