The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Byhenikov's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Byhenikov duly obliges.
Byhenikov looks to score with a jab to the body but Tigh is just out of range.
Tigh takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Byhenikov takes a swing at Tigh's ribcage but misses.
Byhenikov uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Tigh.
Tigh throws a shot from downtown. Byhenikov moves away and avoids it.
Tigh could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
A punch lands to the side of Tigh 's head but he takes it in his stride.
We've been told by Tigh's head coaches at Cylon Training Academy that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Tigh throws a series of punches but Byhenikov avoids them all with ease.
Byhenikov scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Byhenikov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tigh moves away.
Byhenikov swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Tigh.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Tigh tries to bum rush Byhenikov with a series of wild strikes but Byhenikov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Byhenikov smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Tigh connects with a stiff jab that staggers Byhenikov - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Saul Tigh decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
