Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Trey Gill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Eugene Goldstein!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goldstein throws a combination that misses

and Gill moves into the clinch.
Gill tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Goldstein prevents Gill from breaking the clinch.
Goldstein is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Gill pulls guard effortlessly.
Goldstein controlling from the top position.
Gill working a defensive guard here.
Gill avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gill trying to control the position.
Goldstein throws a big right hand that misses.
Goldstein lands a couple of elbows.
Gill can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Goldstein controls the pace.

Goldstein loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Goldstein engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Gill has his foot on Goldstein's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Goldstein works his way back into a safe position though.
Goldstein seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Gill walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Gill finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Goldstein's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Gill falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eugene Goldstein!
